College & University

Creating a culture that prioritizes athlete health and safety is the responsibility of everyone involved in athletics, not just healthcare personnel.

Intercollegiate

College athletic departments of all shapes and sizes risk reputational and financial liability when student-athlete health, safety and well-being are not prioritized.

Club, Rec, & Intramural

Due to the number of participants within club, rec, and intramural sports, institutions are at a higher health and safety risk based on numbers alone.

USCAH Education Packages

Athletes, coaches, support staff, administrators, officials, and students participating in campus recreation sport programs should all have at least a baseline understanding of health, safety and welfare issues that are common in athletics.

The U.S. Council for Athletes’ Health has created an e-learning platform - Athletics Healthspace - to meet this growing need for education, including specific programs that support the educational objectives of the NCAA Interassociation Recommendations: Preventing Catastrophic Injury and Death in Collegiate Athletes, and safety officer training for campus recreation sport programs. Athletics Healthspace houses a growing library of more than 170 courses that can be customized by audience and completed via the website or mobile app.

Add-On Packages

Meet the unique needs of your institutions by selecting from our most popular programs for collegiate athletics and campus recreation sports programs. Each package provides a comprehensive overview of the topic, designed by our athletics healthcare experts and tailored for non-medical audiences.
