Fran Stevenson has been named the senior director of customer success for the U.S. Council for Athletes’ Health by Dr. James Borchers, USCAH president and CEO. In her role, Fran will be working with targeted customers to enhance the success of USCAH's relationship and opportunities.

Fran Stevenson is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education, corporate, and nonprofit volunteer driven organizations, including 13 years in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry. With a keen focus on customer success and achieving business objectives, Fran has played a pivotal role in leading the end to end customer journey, from pre-sales to post-sales to drive scalability, repeatability and advocacy, while creating a sustainable recurring revenue stream for companies.
Fran holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Bowling Green State University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Kansas State University. Her educational background combined with her extensive leadership experience has given her a unique perspective on the intersection of education and business.
Apart from her professional achievements, Fran takes pride in her role as a parent in a blended family with five children who have attended prestigious universities such as the University of Kansas, The Ohio State University, Kansas State University, and the University of Cincinnati. Fran and her husband, Brad, are on the final countdown with just two more semesters of college tuition with their youngest two Bearcats. In her free time, Fran finds joy in exploring the beautiful coastal town of Charleston, South Carolina, where she is based. She indulges in her passion for walks on the beach, boating through the intracoastal waterways, and sampling the local food and drinks.
